How this website handles information.
This notice explains what the inquiry forms collect, how submissions are delivered, and how interactive demos handle sample information.
When you submit the general inquiry or quote request form, the information is sent to Formspree for delivery to Formsmith Custom Forms. The website code does not save unfinished form entries in localStorage.
Information you provide
Formsmith Custom Forms may receive information you choose to submit through the general inquiry or quote request form. This can include:
- Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and website
- Information about your business type and team size
- Details about current tools, workflows, frustrations, and project goals
- Capabilities you may need, desired timing, an optional budget range, and other notes
Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card information, sensitive personal data, or confidential business records through these forms.
How information may be used
Information submitted through the site may be used to respond to your inquiry, understand a potential project, prepare or discuss a quote, ask follow-up questions, and maintain a record of the business conversation. This notice does not authorize unrelated marketing uses.
Interactive demos and browser storage
Formsmith demos use fictional sample information. Some demos may save changes to localStorage in your browser so the sample state can persist between visits. Do not enter real customer, employee, financial, confidential, or sensitive information into a demo. Clearing the demo data or your browser's site data removes those local sample changes.
Form and service providers
Formspree processes website form submissions, applies its form-security controls, and delivers submission notifications to Formsmith Custom Forms. Formspree handles information under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). No secret key is stored in the public website code.
The public website is delivered through GitHub Pages. Some existing demos also load Google Analytics, chart libraries, or fonts from third-party providers. Those providers may receive basic technical information needed to serve or measure those resources under their own policies.
Retention, access, and choices
Formspree retains submission history according to the limits and settings of the Formsmith Custom Forms account. Submission notifications and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, discuss a potential project, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. You may contact Formsmith Custom Forms to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Security
Reasonable care should be used when configuring the final form provider, but no website transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit sensitive credentials or regulated data through the public forms.
